Is there a free trial?
Yes! Both FlashPass and FlashPass Family come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
What happens if my delivery is late?
If we miss our guaranteed ETA, your delivery fee is automatically refunded. For FlashPass members, you will receive a credit toward your next order.
What areas do you deliver to?

How does the family plan work?
The FlashPass Family plan lets you invite up to 5 household members who can place orders, manage shared shopping lists, and set up recurring deliveries, all under one billing account.
Are there minimum order sizes?
